Blade Mixers

Blade mixers receive the contents of bulk bags containing raw materials. The activation of the blades generates uniform agitation, preventing material agglomeration and ensuring a continuous flow through the screw conveyor system into the isolation compartment.

Isolation Compartment “SAS”

Located upstream of the Thermokinetic mixer, the isolation compartment enables precise and consistent pre-weighing of the raw material. This accuracy ensures a constant feed into the Thermokinetic mixer, optimizing the material regeneration process.

Thermokinetic Mixer

A core component of Phoenix technology, the Thermokinetic mixer consists of a horizontal cylindrical chamber where a rotor equipped with multiple blades operates at high speed. This configuration generates intense inter-particle collisions, inducing significant friction and causing a rapid and uniform temperature increase in the processed material.

A water injection cooling system is integrated to control temperature and prevent excessive thermal degradation of the raw material.

Elevator and Magnetic Separator

After processing in the Thermokinetic mixer, the regenerated material is conveyed via an elevator to a magnetic separator. This device extracts and removes residual metallic particles, ensuring optimal product quality.

GRAVIMETRIC SEPARATOR

Using a counterflow vacuum ventilation system, the gravimetric separator selects granules based on their particle size, discarding those that are too large. This system also contributes to the cooling and final dehumidification of the material before packaging.

Cyclone

The cyclone facilitates the packaging of the regenerated material by optimizing its flow. The rotary valve installed at the outlet ensures a homogeneous and precise distribution of the final product.
